Order Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you have concerns regarding the quality of our sea beans, send us an e-mail at sales@heronfarms.com. If you have questions regarding your online order, we recommend emailing us before completing the purchase on our website.
Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are not included. Please note we only ship online orders on Mondays and Tuesdays in an effort to avoid shipping delays over the weekend. Orders received after 2pm Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday.
Order Deadlines & Delivery Estimates
We do not require a signature for a package to be left. We ship via FedEx or UPS and are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Delays or returns due to invalid or incorrect addressing are the responsibility of the buyer, although we and our carriers do our best to ensure the product arrives as intended. We are not responsible for delays due to signature requirements or failed delivery attempts.
Failed Delivery Attempts
A correct address is essential because our products are perishable. FedEx/UPS will attempt to deliver up to three times, after the third attempt, the order will be returned to Heron Farms and disposed of. Failed delivery attempts do not qualify for replacements or refunds.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, we are unable to ship outside the United States.
