SEA BEAN Sushi

INGREDIENTS

  • Heron Farms Sea Beans (2 oz)

  • Sushi Rice (Pre-Cooked, 2 Cups)

  • Cream Cheese (1 lb)

  • Crab Leg Meat (8 oz)

  • Mirin (1/4 Cup)

  • Ginger Powder (1 Teaspoon)

  • Nori (1-2 Sheets)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook rice and set aside to cool once finished cooking.

  2. Cut cream cheese block in 4 half cuts and then cut those halves in half.

  3. Pick and pull the crab meat out of the legs.

  4. Sprinkle ginger and mirin on the rice once it has cooled.

  5. Lay nori down and spread rice evenly over it.

  6. Place cream cheese, crab meat, and Sea Beans all beside each other.

  7. Roll the nori around the rice, crab, Sea Beans, and cream cheese.

  8. Slice once rolled and serve!
