SEA BEAN Stir Fry

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • Heron Farms Sea Beans (4 oz)

  • Jasmine Rice, (2 cups, par cooked)

  • 1 Carrot (Peeled and Shaved)

  • 1 Yellow Onion (Medium Diced)

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (Medium Diced)

  • Scrambled Eggs

  • Shitake Mushrooms (1 Cup, Thinly Sliced)

  • Napa Cabbage (2 Cups, Thinly Sliced)

  • Soy Sauce (1/2 Cup)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the rice.

  2. In a wok or pan, cook the peppers and onions first.

  3. In the same pan, cook the mushrooms and cabbage.

  4. Once the above ingredients are tender, add in rice and Sea Beans, cook for 1-2 minutes

  5. Create a clear spot to the bottom of the pan and pour in scrambled eggs, cook until done.

  6. Add soy sauce a little at a time, just use as needed until coated.

Yield

  • 2 Quarts and 1 Pint
