INGREDIENTS
Heron Farms Sea Beans (8 oz)
White Vinegar (1 1/2 cups)
Water (1 1/2 cups)
2 tbsp. salt
Optional: Add some of your other favorite pickling spices and herbs like, dill, spicy peppers, peppercorns, mustard seed, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and dry your Sea Beans, place them in a 32 oz jar.
In a sauce pot, bring your vinegar, water and salt to a boil.
Pour the mixture into the jar, seal the jar, and let the mixture rest in the fridge for a couple hours before serving.
Tip: Perfect to eat as a snack or side, but I think they shine best on a charcuterie board where they are complementing your favorite meats, cheeses, and other fruits.
