SEA BEAN Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS

  • Heron Farms Sea Beans (8 oz)

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (Thinly Sliced)

  • 1 Yellow Onion (Thinly Sliced)

  • 1 Carrot (Peeled and Shaved)

  • 1 Napa Cabbage (Thinly Sliced)

  • Sugar (1/2 Cup)

  • Rice Vinegar (1/2 Cup)

  • Ginger Powder (1 Tablespoon)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place Sea Beans, sliced bell pepper, yellow onions, Napa cabbage, and shaved carrot into a mixing bowl and mix.

  2. Add sugar to veggie mixture, mix and cover.

  3. Let mixture set for 30-60 minutes

  4. Rinse veggie mix in a strainer with cold water until all sugar mixer is dissolved.

  5. Add all other ingredients and mix until incorporated.

Yield

  • 2 Quarts
