SEA BEAN Chicken Salad






INGREDIENTS
Heron Farms Sea Beans (6 oz)
Chicken (Roasted, Picked, and Shredded, 1 lb)
Cranberries (Dried, 1/4 Cup)
Dijon Mustard (1 Tablespoon)
Mayonnaise (1/2 Cup)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (Small Diced)
1/2 Yellow Onion (Small Diced)
3 Ribs of Celery (Small Diced)
1 Carrot (Small Diced)
Cayenne (1 Tablespoon)
Sugar (2 Teaspoons)
Sherry Wine Vinegar (1/2 Cup)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix!

2 to 3 Quarts
